You never have to find us. A verified BagSafe agent picks your bags up from any address within 3 km of Kolkata Airport (home, hotel or the terminal kerb) at the time you book. We seal, tag and photograph every bag, store it at the CCTV-watched BagSafe Hub, and drop it back where you choose at your drop time. Agents are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included. Book storage.
Per bag: from ₹20 an hour for a personal item, ₹30 for a cabin bag and ₹40 for a check-in bag. Stays of 3 to 9 hours are capped at ₹50, ₹80 or ₹110, and a full day at ₹99, ₹149 or ₹199. Each booking also has one pickup, return and handling charge for the agent, at the rate of your heaviest bag: ₹79 for a personal item, ₹129 for a cabin bag or ₹179 for a check-in bag. Drop off or collect at the BagSafe Hub yourself and it drops to ₹64, ₹89 or ₹114; do both yourself and you pay only the ₹49 handling charge. Prices are before 18% GST. Every booking includes free luggage cover up to ₹1,000, which is never added to your bill.
Every bag gets a tamper-evident seal and a unique tag at pickup, and we send you photos on WhatsApp at pickup and at return. Agents are ID-verified BagSafe staff, and the hub is locked and CCTV-watched around the clock. If anything happens while your bags are with us, we cover it up to ₹1,000, free.
We can’t accept explosives, flammables, weapons, drugs, perishables, cash or jewellery. Show a government photo ID (Aadhaar, passport or driving licence) to your agent at pickup and at drop.
