Status guide

What each status means

From doorstep pickup to final hand-over, here is what each update on your tracking page means.

  1. Picked up

    Our agent has collected your bag and it is sealed, wrapped and logged into our network.

  2. In transit

    Your bag is on its way to the destination city. Long-haul legs typically move overnight.

  3. Out for delivery

    Your bag has reached the destination city and is with the delivery agent for the final leg.

  4. Delivered

    Your bag has been handed over at the delivery address and signed for.
