Insurance: Every shipment carries ₹1,000 of transit insurance against loss or damage, included at no extra cost.
Delivery time: Standard delivery: 5–7 business days. Express delivery: 4–5 business days, for an additional fee.
What can I ship?

• Laptops, tablets, cameras, and similar electronics (batteries removed and carried in cabin baggage where required)
• Sporting goods and non-hazardous sports equipment
• Gifts, souvenirs, and general household items
• Bags, soft-sided luggage, and accessories
• Toys and non-battery-operated games
• General office supplies and merchandise not classified as dangerous goods
All items must comply with BCAS (Bureau of Civil Aviation Security) and airline dangerous-goods regulations. See the Prohibited items section below for what cannot be shipped.
Terms & disclaimer
BagSafe operates as a registered logistics service provider under applicable Indian shop & establishment, trade-licensing, and GST regulations, and issues a delivery challan or consignment note for every shipment.
Carriage by our domestic airline partners is governed by the Carriage by Air Act, 1972; carrier liability for loss or damage is limited to the applicable statutory rate per kilogram unless a higher value is declared and insured in advance.
BagSafe's standard liability cover is ₹1,000 per shipment; a supplementary declared-value cover is available on request for higher-value items, subject to an additional charge.
A valid government-issued photo ID matching the traveller's ticket is required at pickup, in accordance with civil aviation cargo security requirements.
BagSafe reserves the right to inspect the contents of any unsealed or suspicious package before it is handed over to the airport cargo terminal.
Lithium batteries, power banks, flammable or pressurised items, and any hazardous, prohibited, or contraband goods must not be included in a shipment; such items will be refused or removed at the customer's risk.
Quoted transit timelines are estimates, typically 1–7 days intercity, and remain subject to airline operational schedules.
A shipment not accepted at the delivery address within 30 days of arrival is treated as unclaimed baggage; applicable storage and administrative fees may apply before the item is returned or disposed of.
